Consideration
You find a big pole with two arrows pointing to opposite directions. One says Love and the other one says Fear.
Which direction are you going to follow?
Fear involves feelings such as anger, envy, greed, arrogance, inferiority, self-pity, guilt, hate, resentment, lies, false pride, superiority, self-doubt, scarcity, you name it…
In the other hand Love includes feelings such as joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, self-confidence, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, happiness, compassion, abundance, etc.
Those two paths are always present in our life and the good news is that you are allowed to decide which way you want to follow. The bad news is that you have to make a choice now.
Sometimes you are not even aware of making a choice, but anyway you will make a choice.
How is this possible? Well, sometimes you feel that you are not ready to make a choice. So you don’t take any action at all. But, shockingly, when you don’t take an action, still, you are making a choice!
As always, you decide how to feel about this fact. One action is to become scared of this constant pressure of making choices.
The other option is invigorating and liberating: You get aware of the amazing power that you have right now: You can break the ties with the past! Any wrong decision that you made in the past can be fixed right now.
Maybe you made a wrong decision in the past about your marriage and today you are making the decision of staying married to the same spouse for one more day… Or you could decide to change that situation; it is up to you.
Maybe you made a wrong decision regarding the job that chose and today you are making the decision of working in this place for one more day… Maybe you decide at the same time to start looking for a better job right now. You decide right now!
You can exert your power right now and you can make it with coherence.
You are empowered right now, you are allowed to choose between Love and Fear right now. Take a conscious decision right now and take action!

Borris,
I love the cartoon! I could have uses this a couple of times. Yes, it is all about choices. It is an interesting thought, if one had that sign of fear/love in front of them all of the time do you think we would be less inclined to choose fear as most people do today? One would think that given the obvious choice one would always choose the path of love. The key is awareness, the key is knowing when we are choosing the path of love or the path of fear and being able to make course correction when we find ourselves on the path of fear. Great post, thanks for sharing.
Mark,
Thanks for your accurate comment. As you suggest, if we had those signs in front of us, to make decisions would be a lot easier. And yes, awareness is key!
All the best,
Boris
Hello Boris,
I love what is written here. It’s so easy to fall into a negative mindset that brings about fear. it is like a constant battle with me sometimes. I always try to throw myself back onto the right path when I realize I have chose fear over love, so I can change my direction to love again.
I really like your artwork to this post to.
